Limited Product Warranty
Qiwu warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship.
Under normal use and service, every hardware portion of the products iGPSPORT will be free from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.
The warranty period begins from the purchase invoice.

Main part of Cycling computers 12 months
Main part of Sensors 12 months
Traps of heart rate sensors 6 months
Out-front bike mount 6 months
Steps to claim for a Warranty:
1. Contact with iGPSPORT customer serivce support or the relavant shop owner.
2. Showing the following adequate details of noworking or any defect to claim for a warranty.
a) Product model：
b) Serial number (SN) or ID;
c) Purchase date
d)Defect description: what the defect is, how the defect generated, when it started.
Note: The above information is very important in the warranty processing.
Steps to Apply for Repair
The repair service for products within limited warranty is free.
It will be charged for products out of limited warranty, including the cost of material, service, round-trip freight before repair.
Two ways to repair back cover,screen or battery of iGPSPORT bike computers:
1. Send the device back for maintenance.
